We're doing all we can to satisfy our customers. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order and we will address your concerns a quickly as possible.
A Return Merchandise Authorization must be acquired prior to processing your return or exchanges. Request an RMA by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:

RMA requests submitted after 3 days of order delivery will no longer be accepted.
Once your request has been approved, an email with detailed instructions on how and where to return your item will be sent out.
Customers are responsible for the return shipment. We cannot guarantee the safe delivery of your returns. We highly recommend shipping your item with tracking information.
Upon receipt and processing of your returned item, a return email confirmation will be sent out with details about your refund or shipping dispatch information of the exchanged item.
Applicable refunds are credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business for the credit to appear on your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
